Saw this latest NME review of the Rock Gods latest output.His Catholic upbringing is referenced.Not with too many compliments mind you.
I recall listening to him in the music rooms at lunchtime,when it was clear that he was extremely talented.
I was surprised that he is a visiting Professor to Salford uni music dept.Talented football winger too,and one of the first school Perry Boys.
