Current provider (Freenetname) not willing to expand webpace allowance.

Move to another provider (eg DomainNameSales) would probably cost around Ł60pa and change of address eg www.staugs.org (which is available). This would include ample room for expansion (50MB and permission to run scripts for message board etc)
Could provide forwarding from old address for imminent future.
